  Agricultural Equipment Servicing

  We have in-depth knowledge of a wide range of agricultural machinery and the were-with-all for procuring and repairing parts from most equipment brands. The kinds of equipment we’re familiar with include engineered solutions for tractors, trucks, seed-drills, bailers, wrappers, sprayers, harvesters, lifters and plenty more.

  We cater to the needs of many different contracting firms including transport/cartage, civil-engineering, roading, forestry, earthworks and the like.

  Structural Welding

  Building Structures. Our welders are competent at heavy-structural work and if certification is required we can arrange for your structurally-engineered producer statement. We are familiar with heavy transport and building requirements where structural-welding is needed.

  Non-ferrous & Ferrous Welding

  We weld/join pretty much all metal types. This includes low (mild), medium and high carbon content and stainless steels, iron (wrought and cast), aluminium, brass, copper, zinc, lead etc using a variety of techniques including shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW/TIG), gas metal arc welding (GMAW/MIG), Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), electroslag welding (ESW), Gas or Oxy Acetylene Welding and Cutting.

  Metal Cutting & Grinding

  Our workshop is equipped with several metal cutting and grinding machines. Basically, if it’s metal and needs cutting or shaping we can do it. Our hardware division also carries a wide range of cutting/grinding disks, blades, saws (learn more about these here).

  If you’ve got a hair-brain engineering idea…we want to hear about it! We’ll help you refine it into your first prototype.   Hydraulic Hose Repairs

  We’re authorised and accredited distributors for ‘Hydraulink- Hose and fittings™’. We have specialised in-house equipment and expertise that will fit our wide range of hydraulic fittings to various hose types. Regardless of your equipment type or make, we’ll get your hydraulic hose repaired or replaced quickly so that you can get back onto your task at hand. We also carry commonly sought after hydraulic fittings.

  Machining

  We are equipped and experienced at machining various types of metal down to the minutest of accuracy. Our workshop includes a large industrial lathe plus milling and drilling machines and combined with our knowledge and skills can produce tools, parts and fittings like bushes and housings for bearings and other finely honed items.

  Bearing Removal and Replacement

  Bearing shot? Difficult to remove?...we’ve got the gear to help you! We’re constantly removing bearings from a wide range of equipment and parts and our workshop has the necessary gear to remove and replace bearings.
